- We get to know you better. You will fill in on assessment sheet that helps us to understand your current eating and exercising habits, lifestyle, body composition, etc

- An appointment schedule is based on your time and day preferences
- We support you and provide you nutritionist support for your queries through Phone, WhatsApp and email. And your plan will be evaluated every 15 days
- We start with an hour-long first official consultation, which gives us a deep dive into your concerns.
- On the basis of consultation, a customized balanced diet plan is prepared. In PCOS diet plan focuses on a good nutrition and the sessions include guidance on individually tailored meal /snack ideas, exercise, supplements, mindset, emotional eating, improving A relationship with food, endocrine disruptors, and more, to fuel metabolism and we work at not compromising on any important nutrients.
- If any deficiencies or medical conditions exist, we will Include an optimum solution through proper meal planning.

My consultation is designed to benefit all clients, no matter where they live. Besides in-person meetings, clients can interact with us via the WhatsApp, Skype, FaceTime, Zoom and Email. In fact, many of our Mumbai-based clients also opt for video chats for their appointments.
Yes! This is all about working out the best plan just for YOU. Moderation is the key! It’s about learning the right way suitable for your body to eat your favorite foods. No one will ever know that you were on a ‘Diet
I believe that my client lean and grow while on a program with me. Its, more of an educational program, you will learn the basic pattern of eating as per your body’s requirements and your lifestyle. During your active packaging, your diets will be changed so that your body gets exposed to the maximum nutrients possible. You will also be actively involved in planning your diets, so that will give you an understanding of your nutrient needs & how to tweak your diet (depending on your activity & lifestyle). By the end of your program, you will be in a position to plan your diet by yourself & carry on with a healthy eating pattern as a way of life. Besides, my relationship with my clients is lifelong and I always there to support and guide.
The idea is to empower you to follow a healthy lifestyle as a way of life and not just when you are ‘on’ a diet. This may take 3/6/12 months depending on your specific case and medical history. I also believe there are no quick fixes to health and gradual sustainable changes have long term benefits. I can help you with this decision in case you are confused.
When we embark on a new plan it is natural to be overwhelmed to know how long it will take for results to show. Just as eating wrong has an immediate effect on the body, so does eating correctly. It might not be a measurable effect (read weighing scale) but you will start feeling better, more energetic and shrunk within two weeks of following the diet and exercise plan. Weight loss or rather fat loss, as I insist, is a by-product. So, first thing you do: throw that weighing scale out. What we track are your efforts, results just follow
We will design an eating pattern that fits into your work schedule & lifestyle. If you do work in shifts (day & night), your meal plan will be tweaked depending on your nutritional requirements as per the work shifts and the availability and practicality of food choices.
If u travel a lot, then you will be educated on how to plan meals while traveling and assisted with choosing the best options when you are in a new country/city.
