Refund Policy for Nourish Fit

At Nourish Fit, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which Nourish Fit, owned by Geetanjali Moses Chinappa, may provide refunds and the process for requesting a refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are generally only offered if the provided service is defective or does not match the description provided on our website, https://www.nourishfit.co.
- Services must be deemed defective or insufficient by both parties (Nourish Fit and the customer) or as determined by a reasonable examination by Nourish Fit.
- Claims for refunds must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Non-Refundable Services
- Services that have been completed satisfactorily and meet the description provided at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds.
- Services that involve personal coaching, once these sessions have been commenced, cannot be refunded.
- Digital products or downloadable content, once accessed or downloaded by the customer, are not eligible for refunds due to the nature of the content.
Process for Requesting a Refund
- To request a refund, customers must email Geetanjali Moses Chinappa at geetanjali@nourishfit.co with a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
- Include any evidence or documentation that supports your claim (e.g., descriptions of service discrepancies, proof of defect).
- Provide contact details, including the email address and phone number used to make the purchase.
Review and Response
- Upon receiving a refund request, Nourish Fit will review the claim and may contact the customer for further information or clarification.
- We aim to process requests within 14 business days of receiving a complete refund request.
- Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment unless otherwise specified and agreed upon by both parties.
