Most of my clients do not need to follow a very low carb diet. Taking carbs too low can worsen cravings, make you feel deprived and in some cases, stress your body out more, which can increase PCOS symptoms. However, some of my clients who are very Insulin resistant feel better on lower carbs diets. We’ll explore what works best for your body in our sessions.
There is no evidence that you need to avoid these just because of PCOS. The majority of my PCOS coaching clients. However, some PCOS patients do feel better omitting them. In our sessions, we’ll explore what is best for your body.
