NourishFit by Geetanjali is a nutritional and fitness consultancy which aims to simplify and solve your dilemma about diet and exercise.

Being brought up in a family where two generations were dealing with diabetes, a lifestyle disorder! never wanted to neglect my health and nutrition and always was cautious about my food habits and fitness.

We are all on our own journey and nothing looks exactly the same for two people. We take it step-by-step to build healthful eating habits and sustainable lifestyle changes through a personalized approach and deep-dive into the root cause of your concerns.

Geetanjali is a Nutritionist with 8 years of experience in health care industry and has successfully worked with cliental in India and overseas with varied medical conditions and helped them to heal inside out and maximize quality of life

My Fitness Journey - The Untold Story

Allow me to share my personal journey with you. I’m Geetanjali a certified Personal Trainer from ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) and a specialist in female coaching. Despite not having a sports background while I grew up, making small changes in my physical activity levels changed my outlook completely. I learned transformation starts from within and through self-love. I made a conscious decision to leave the corporate world as I wanted to fully enjoy the journey of motherhood.

My own fitness journey started after my pregnancy, when I decided that I wanted to feel fit, confident, increase my energy level and carve out some me time. It was not an easy transition from a body at rest body to achieving some level of fitness. It required countless days, months and years of unwavering dedication and consistency.

Lifting weights transformed my life. Not only did I experience changes in my appearance and saw aesthetic gains but it Improved my body functionality by reducing my body pains and aches, I started feeling stronger and confident. It reduced my anxiety and improved my concentration and cognitive functions. I felt a sense of self-control over my wellbeing. Post this there was no looking back, I started to look forward to my training sessions and fell in love with Fitness. Through the years I now believe that there is no limit to what you are capable of physically and mentally.

So, fitness is not only about how you look on the outside but the strength within to walk with confidence and have the tools to live a long, healthy, and purposeful life. My idea has always been progressing and not perfection, putting in hard work, being consistent and you will definitely see sustainable positive changes.
